Our culture is saturated in sexuality. Gender alterations, pronoun preferences, and new sexual identifications flood headlines, mass media, and even day-to-day conversations. If we want to live with a biblical worldview, we must have conversations around what it means to be designed male and female. Choosing to worship something or someone is our proclamation of it having the highest element of worthiness. When we worship God, the Creator and Author of life from the Bible, we lower ourselves in surrender while embracing humility. We delight in the truth of God’s worthiness found in Acts 17:24-25 that states, “The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by human hands. And He is not served by human hands, as if He needed anything. Rather He Himself gives everyone life and breath and everything else.” READ MORE
It is our hope with this document to provide some common language for our volunteer teams at RADIUS. Volunteering at RADIUS does not require that someone believe in order to belong. Instead it is our hope that serving at RADIUS would allow anyone willing to engage in our community to grow in their understanding of the Gospel and Gospel-community. As you know, baptism is practiced in a variety of forms and for a variety of reasons within different churches, so we tried to get some clarity on the who, what, when, where and why of baptism at RADIUS.
