Registration is open for our first All-RADIUS Women’s retreat! Women from our six campuses will come together to study God’s Word, worship, and build friendships.
We’ll get away to Myrtle Beach September 30 – October 2 and explore our theme Take Care – Created in God’s image and called the pinnacle of creation, we get to take care of our whole selves to the glory of God. Come learn what this care looks like – first as an act of worship, then as a way to better love others and fully embrace life.
With a passion for people and wellness, Jessica serves a vital role in providing health management for patients and their families. She loves to educate, encourage and empower anyone who crosses her path.
Jessica founded WellAware in 2009 after realizing the opportunity to improve care for patients with chronic diseases through health management. She combines her experience with health and exercise science, cardiovascular nursing, and patient care management to serve as a multidisciplinary leader who is dedicated to helping individuals and employers manage, improve and prevent chronic disease and its costs.
In addition to her work with WellAware, Jessica plays a vital role in loving and serving the people of downtown Columbia through the ministry of RADIUS Southside alongside her husband Scott, and their four sons Samuel, Luke, Eli and James.
Crystal best describes her passion and purpose by saying, “We were created for community, and community isn’t possible without healthy communication…I can’t think of anything more important than giving someone the opportunity to be a part of what they were ultimately created for.”
After graduating from the UofSC, Crystal went on to earn her Masters in Speech-Language Pathology. In 2004 Crystal founded Moonbug, a pediatric company providing speech, physical, occupational and mental health therapy.
Crystal is married to her high school sweetheart, Jacob, and they have 3 children Jake (21), Bekah (18), and Banks (15). As a family, The Smiths love giving back to their community. Jacob is the principal of River Bluff High School and they spend a lot of time nurturing that community. They are also extensively involved in Young Life, are active partners at Radius, as well as partners of Lexington Kid’s Day and Ezekiel Ministries.
