Ministry Grants Application

The mission of RADIUS Church is to glorify God by making disciples, planting churches, and living generously.

Ministry Grants is a funding program that invites our members to apply for grants of $250-2500 to support our partners own specific projects or programs of their personal ministry. Applications are open throughout the year. Please include a copy of your W9 in the application (below). W9s are required for non-profits with transactions over $600.

Please note only one application per organization will be considered. You will be notified of the Ministry Grants team’s decision via email by 10 business days. If you are selected as a grant recipient, you will receive your funds within two weeks after you have been notified. THINGS TO REMEMBER:

– Be sure to include a budget breakdown for the amount you are requesting.
– Clearly communicate what the goals of this project/organization are, and why it furthers the overall mission of your organization.
– Write the application like you are speaking to someone who does not know you and has never heard of your organization.
– The grant is only for partners of RADIUS Church who have a current covenant on file.
