What are Serve Teams?

Serve Teams are one of the ways we glorify God by using our time and gifts to help make disciples and live generously. Following the example of Christ, who became the ultimate servant (Matthew 20:26–28), we love others, build relationships, and create environments where people are welcomed, known, and supported as they take meaningful steps in their faith. Serve Teams are one of the primary ways we live out the mission of RADIUS Church together.

What we do.

  • Connect: Create welcoming, relational environments where every person feels seen, valued, and connected. 
  • Discover: Help people identify where they are in their faith journey.
  • Guide: Walk with people as they take their next step. 

Cafe Team

Create a friendly, welcoming environment by preparing and serving coffee and snacks, giving guests a place to pause and connect.

First Impressions Team

Greet guests with warmth and care through a variety of roles that help people feel known and create a friendly, inviting environment throughout their visit.

Kids Team

Serve kids by helping them know God’s story, build meaningful relationships, and engage with purpose. Team members create a safe, fun environment where kids are known and loved.

Parking Team

Support guests with safe, welcoming parking, helping everyone begin their Sunday experience smoothly.

Production Team

Create engaging environments where people can encounter Jesus by serving in audio, video, and lighting. Anyone who is technically minded or interested in production is welcome to join.

Safety Team

Support a calm, secure environment during services by monitoring the property, noticing potential concerns, and assisting as needed.

Students Team

Provide a space for students to grow in their faith and build friendships. Leaders serve as a caring, guiding presence in their lives.

Worship Team

Serve by cultivating space for our church to engage deeply in corporate worship each week. Volunteers have the privilege and responsibility of helping lead our church in worship.

"God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another. Do you have the gift of speaking? Then speak as though God himself were speaking through you. Do you have the gift of helping others? Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies. Then everything you do will bring glory to God through Jesus Christ. All glory and power to him forever and ever! Amen."

 1 Peter 4:10-11
