at RADIUS Church - Lexington

RADIUS Mosaic exists to disciple individuals with disabilities so that they know God’s story, build relationships, and engage with purpose in the life of our church.

What is
RADIUS Mosaic?

We are a ministry at our Lexington campus that provides discipleship to individuals with special needs. We are currently able to serve preschool-elementary aged students with disabilities, as well as high school and up.

What we do.

PRESCHOOL-ELEMENTARY STUDENTS
We offer an adaptive classroom environment for students needing more individualized instruction as well as an inclusive setting for students to learn alongside their same-age peers in regular programming with a buddy for support.

The adaptive classroom is open during our two service times:
  • 9AM | Preschool-Younger Elementary
  • 11AM | Older Elementary

During our time together, the students are able to play with peers, worship, learn the bible lesson, complete a craft, etc.

HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS & ADULTS
We offer a small group at the 9AM service. We stream the worship from service, talk through a lesson, and pray together. This gathering takes place in the student space.

First Time?

We can’t wait to meet you!  When you arrive, one of our friendly volunteers will show you to the RADIUS Kids check-in area.
We want to serve you and your child well, so we’ll take some time to get to know you. We’ll ask about allergies, any other special instructions, and collect your contact information. Then, you and your child will both get a sticker with a matching code. If for any reason we need to reach you during the gathering, we’ll send a text message your way. This sticker is also what you’ll use to gain access to the secure Kids’ area and pick up your child after the service.
