LEAD WELL | WORSHIP CONFERENCE

In February, RADIUS Worship hosted our first ever Lead Well conference, aiming to equip local worship musicians, vocalists, and leaders across the Midlands. We were grateful to host teams from over 20 churches! Although the day was full of wins—from singing together to having in-depth breakouts about instruments, team relationships, and more— one of the highlights of my time at Lead Well was actually towards the end of a breakout session. We had the opportunity to join together and pray over a leader navigating changes in ministry. Despite the variety of church contexts represented in the room, we were unified and able to encourage one another in serving the Church in South Carolina.
