RADIUS Kids Volunteer Training

In RADIUS Kids, our mission is simple: Know God’s Story, Build Relationships, and Engage with Purpose. We have an incredible team of volunteers who help bring that vision to life across RADIUS by partnering with families in their discipleship journeys. And because of that, we want our volunteers to feel equipped, encouraged, and challenged as they serve.

With another school year officially underway, our RADIUS Kids team hosted Volunteer Trainings across our campuses. We shared a meal, swapped stories, celebrated what God has been doing, and walked through updates to our vision, safety practices, and RADIUS Kids programs. And, of course, everyone who attended got an “exclusive” RADIUS Kids serve t-shirt!

But these trainings are about more than getting ready for a new school year. They’re part of how we live out the mission of RADIUS: to glorify God by planting churches that make disciples and live generously. Our volunteers live generously every week by giving their time, energy, gifts, and presence to serve kids and support families. They show up, build relationships, and create spaces where kids can learn who God is and grow in their faith.

As we continue to see growth across RADIUS, we’d love for you to do two things: pray for the families of RADIUS and our RADIUS Kids Team, and consider where you might be able to serve. There are so many ways to use your gifts and your time to be present for kids and families in our communities.

We’re incredibly grateful for every volunteer who continues to show up and serve so generously. You’re helping make a difference in the lives of the next generation, and we couldn’t do it without you!
