Remember... | Joshua 3 & 4

Oct 11, 2026  •  Matt Altman

Have you ever looked back on a moment in your life and realized just how much God was at work, even when things seemed impossible?

In Joshua 3–4, the Israelites face a flooded Jordan River standing between them and the Promised Land. But God makes a way for His people to cross on dry ground. And He doesn't want them to forget what happened. He tells them to collect stones as a reminder of His faithfulness, so future generations will know what He has done.

This message explores why remembering matters, how God shows up in the middle of impossible circumstances, and why we need reminders of His goodness in our everyday lives. Because it's possible to forget what God has done, even when we've seen His faithfulness firsthand.

This message will challenge you to slow down, reflect, and ask yourself: Am I remembering God's faithfulness, or have I forgotten what He has done?
