All-RADIUS – The Well: Women’s Event
Many years ago, drawing water at the well meant two things:
Nourishment was needed to live.
Community was built as people gathered who needed the same nourishment: connecting, sharing lives, and stories.
In John, we learn about a story where Jesus encounters a Samaritan woman at a well. As Jesus begins a conversation with this woman, He uses water as an object lesson to describe the life-giving nourishment that only can be found in Him. In John 4:13-14, He said: “Anyone who drinks this water will soon become thirsty again. But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life.” The well was the place where this woman encountered Jesus and her life was changed forever.
On March 3, 2024, the women of Radius Church are invited to gather for our second annual The Well worship event. Throughout the evening, ladies will collectively participate in worship by hearing God’s Word, hearing from women from our church and the taking of communion together. The gathering will continue to serve as the kickstarter event for the women’s ministry year where we unveil our 2024 theme and roll out growth, mentorship and community opportunities for the women of Radius.
The Well is open to all ladies 6th grade and older.
