CAROLINA
I am a South Carolina native having been raised in Inman, SC. My wife, Emily, and I have been married since the Fall of 2019. We met at North Greenville University where I received a B.A. in Christian Studies and started my Masters of Divinity. We previously lived in the city of Greer where I served as a pastoral resident and worked as an admissions counselor for NGU but moved to Gilbert during the summer of 2021 to work at RADIUS Church – Centerville and aid in the discipling of the next generation. I enjoy anything outdoors like camping, kayaking, hunting, and hiking and reading books about things most people find boring (my current favorite is American Buffalo which tells the history of Bison in America). Media & Technology Coordinator - Lexington
Kyle Fuller
Hi, Iām Kyle. Iām originally from a small town in Kentucky, but moved to South Carolina in 2008. Church has always been a part of my life and when I got to South Carolina it was difficult to find a church that I felt like calling home. That is until late 2016 or so when I visited RADIUS Church Lexington for the first time. It wasnāt long before I really felt like this was where God wanted me to be and so I began to call RADIUS home. By 2017, I knew I wanted to be more involved so I volunteered for the A/V team. A lot has happened since then in my life, some things that have been good and some things that have been bad, but two things have been certain through it all. My RADIUS family has been there to support me when I needed them most and that God is good all the time.
Currently I serve as part with the A/V staff part-time, working with all aspects of technology to help bring a distraction free environment (as much as possible) for others to come worship and learn about our amazing God. I love what I do and enjoy learning alongside other A/V staff and volunteers and glorifying God with all that we do.

Iām not a hugger but I do often show affection through sarcasm and smiles.

Why I love my job:
I am a firm believer in community as I know God didnāt intend for us to live this life alone. It is an honor to get to go to work each day with the goal of pushing people towards each other and pointing them to Christ. Plus, my coworkers are pretty cool (well, most of them are).

Groups Pastor - Lexington & Ministry Lead
Jeremy Simmons
About me
Although I grew up in a family that prioritized going to church, my life was truly transformed at 15 when a friend proclaimed the good news of God’s grace to me. At that moment, my goals and purposes were totally reoriented around making Jesus famous and helping people know Him. After graduating from Charleston Southern University, Jesus sent my wife Beka and me as newlyweds (married in 2015) to North Carolina for seminary and then to Southeast Asia for missionary work (2018). He brought us back to America (2020) with a deeper love for himself, a fine appreciation of craft coffee, a conviction that the local church is always tied to God’s mission. Since coming on staff in 2020, we’ve had a beautiful daughter named Annie and incredible son named Luke.

Why I love my job
I’m honored to lead both the Groups Ministry and the Serve Teams at RADIUS Lexington by pastoring and serving those that lead and serve others for Sunday morning worship services, and throughout the week in our groups. As well, having a hand in shepherding Groups across the RADIUS Family of Churches is a distinct joy and honor.

We spent the first six years of our married life serving as members of RADIUS Church in Greenville where John and Cheryl were instrumental in casting for us a vision of life in Godās Kingdom and the opportunity to now serve the midlands together is so exciting! After 15 years of ministry in the upstate through the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Grace Church, we packed up the family and moved during the Summer of 2020 to plant RADIUS Church in Downtown Columbia. I grew up in a very small town near Charleston, SC. After high school, I began college at USC Upstate in Spartanburg, SC and majored in Education. While there, a coworker invited me to church, and this is where my life and love for Christ began. Through that church, I met a family that wanted to “adopt” me as their own. After almost 20yrs, they’re still affectionately known as my godmother and my sisters.
In 2009, I finished my undergrad degree at Charleston Southern University, with a major in Religion, and minors in Psychology and Education. Soon after, I met (on Facebook!) and married my champion, Andrew/Dru. We have three littles…Mathias, Blythe, and Ziva. Some of our favorite times include movie nights, a competitive game of UNO, random drives around the city (or beyond), gathering with friends, and telling corny jokes!
Iām so honored to be a part of RADIUS Southside. It feels good to journey alongside a crew whose desire is to honor God by serving His people well. Thatās love! Through this, God is teaching me, and stretching me in such a way that I never knew I needed. Growth!

We enjoy all variety of sports ā especially if a ball is involved. I worked hard to make “ball” the first word my kids said. I was partially successful there.

About me:
My lovely wife Alison is the primary reason I am here with you at RADIUS. Ā She has turned me intoĀ a southerner (I am originally from Philadelphia), played a large role in my faith walk and our family has made her hometown our home. We have been married since 1995 and are the proud parents on three fine young men; Justin, John and David.Ā I am a fan of all things with a motor – the faster and louder the better.Ā Ā

Why I love my job:
My work experience is primarily in manufactuing and operations. I am passionate about systems and performance. It is my goal to use my gift of administration to further enhance how well we at RADIUS can share the gospel and change lives through a relationship with Jesus.
Fun fact:
- I have 5 brothers each 18 months apart and all of our names begin with J. James, John, Joseph, Jerry, Jason and Justin. My mom was hoping for a girl each time.
- In college I danced in a dance marathon for 48 hours straight (Since then I havent danced for more than 5 hours in total).
- I am a fan of just about anything that has a motor. Preferably it goes fast and is very loud but I can enjoy a good ride on my mower.

Kids Pastor - Lexington & Ministry Lead
Matt Altman
About me:
My wife, Traci, and I have been happily married since 2009. We have four wonderful children (Greta, Benaiah, D.H., and Jonathan). We enjoy playing games around the table, weekly movie nights, and being outside. We both grew up in Texas, but actually met in Durango, Colorado, where we served as summer camp counselors at Cross Bar X Youth Ranch. It was there that the Lord began planting the seeds of family ministry in our hearts. I spent 9 years in public school education both as a teacher and administrator, while Traci has devoted her career to being a wife and mom. Together, we have been working with kids and youth in various capacities for the past 18+ years.

Why I love my job:
I love watching kids learn and grow in their faith. I also love watching families thrive spiritually. It energizes me to be a small part of the process of discipling the next generation.

Worship Leader - FOC
Parker Andrews
I come from a family of six, and I am the youngest of four siblings. RADIUS has been my home church throughout most of my middle and high school years before my family moved to the upstate and I attended Liberty University to study Commercial Music with an emphasis in songwriting. Throughout high school and college, I developed a deep passion for music, writing, and sharing stories through music with which people can connect. I love people and getting to know each individual’s unique story, and over the past year, I have felt the Lord leading me into music ministry. When I am not working, I love studying, writing songs, playing music, enjoying the outdoors, and riding and working with my horses.

WHY I LOVE MY JOB:
RADIUS is such a family, and I love being a part of a body of people who are dedicated to real life and real faith. Serving on the worship teams at RADIUS has been such a blessing, and worshiping with a body of believers excites me like nothing else. It’s truly an honor to get to help lead people in worship!

I am a native of Aiken, SC and have lived in Lexington for 37 years. I was a photojournalist for The State newspaper before retiring in 2019. I covered everything from Gamecock and Tiger football to hurricanes. Carla and I have three awesome granddaughters. We love camping and exploring Godās creation. There is nothing better than a campfire and games at the picnic table with our great friends. In high school (when I had hair) I played the alto saxophone and was the drum major in the band.Ā

Facilities Coordinator
Jared Fields
About Me:
Hey Iām Jared! My beautiful wife Kayla and I just got married and moved down here in July from Eastern, NC. Our one and only child is a fuzzy pit bull named Oppie. I am a huge Pittsburgh Steeler fan, but enjoy all things football and wrestling. Most people say Iām a tinkerer; I enjoy working on and fixing anything and everything. Buying, selling, and fixing all different types of cars has been a passion of mine since I got my license.

Why I Love My Job:
Iāve always had a passion for helping people and being in the community, and RADIUS is just the place for that. Along with being able to grow my faith and community through RADIUS and beyond, I believe this will be an excellent opportunity for me to pursue my passions.

Student Ministry Resident
Kayla Fields
ABOUT ME:
I met my handsome husband, Jared, at summer church camp (awww) in 2018. After graduating from NC State (go wolfpack!) last May and then getting married, we packed up from our homes in NC and moved to Lexington as I pursued a role in college women’s ministry. Knowing no one here, I randomly scheduled a haircut and where did the stylist go to church? RADIUS! And the rest is history; RADIUS Church quickly became our family when we had no one else here in SC and has played a big part in the way Jared and I have grown this past year in our pursuit of Christ. I’m a huge animal lover, but most of that love goes towards our “fuzzy pitbull” named Oppie. I will always find an excuse to grab an iced coffee and go thrifting, plant shopping, or take a walk to soak up the sunshine.

WHY I LOVE MY JOB:
My hurt burns for young adults to pursue Christ and be in community that calls them deeper into that relationship. Having Christ-centered community changed my life in college, and I want other students- middle school, high school, and college to experience that life change too! I love my job because I’m naturally an organized “see it to completion” person, thrive off of encouraging others, and want to use my creativity to help share the heart of God with our community.

Teaching Pastor
Russell Johnson
About me:
Terri and I have been married since 1999 and have 5 children (Milton, Caleb, Noel, Kenneth and Douglas). We are graduates from Hardin-Simmons University, and I am also a graduate from Dallas Theological Seminary. As a family from Texas, you can probably guess that we love good BBQ (Brisket), good hunting (deer, turkey and dove) and of course the Dallas Cowboys. You will typically find us hustling between ball games, band concerts and school events.

Why I love my job:
I believe that Godās Word is sufficient for every season and issue in our lives. It gives me great joy to point people to Godās Word for lifeās daily struggles and challenges. Greater joy comes from watching someone apply Godās Word and seeing their life changed.

Executive Administrator & Comms Assistant
Kristen King
I grew up in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina and graduated from Western Carolina University with a degree in communications (Go Catamounts!). My husband, Dustin, and I met in marching band our junior year, and we were married in 2011. Evan, our 6-year-old son, keeps us on our toes, and we welcomed our sweet baby girl, Charlotte last April. Our family loves to getaway together ā especially to the beach ā and we never turn down a good meal! We have been attending RADIUS since 2013.

WHY I LOVE MY JOB:
It is such a blessing to be able to serve God with how He has gifted me. I get to use my administrative skills to better His kingdom! Also, it is amazing to work with and learn from the staff at RADIUS. Such a great team!
FUN FACT:
I spent a summer doing construction in the Bahamas and brought more tools to my marriage!

Director of Development and Culture; Directional Elder
Brian Kirkland
About me:
Trisha and I got married in 1998 and have two kids, Lucia and Silas, both of whom were adopted from Colombia, South America. Together we comprise āTeam Kirklandā (complete with matching hats, just like the Griswoldās). We enjoy Clemson football, board games, quality snacks, and getting outside as much as possible.
As your Groups Pastor I bring this same team approach to RADIUS, which means I have an eye toward anything that helps us continue to grow our culture of family and friendship at RADIUS. Most frequently this plays out practically in our weekly community groups, but also happens during times like weekend getaways, softball games, cornhole tournaments, and of course, Sunday morning.
My undergraduate degree is from Clemson (the highlight of this time was meeting my wife), and also hold a MA in Biblical Exegesis from Wheaton College Graduate School (the highlight of this season was growing in my love for the local church).

Fun fact:
If I won the lottery, I would treat myself to a brand new pair of socks every day.

We enjoy boating on Lake Murray, watching Clemson sports, and hanging out in the backyard with anyone who needs rest and a hamburger.

WHY I LOVE MY JOB:
Great ideas pop up daily at RADIUS Church! I love brainstorming, pulling a team together to execute, and then watching as those ideas connect people to Jesus.

Communications Coordinator
Moriah Lovett
About Me:
I blush even when Iām not embarrassed just because itās hereditary (thanks, Dad). I have an amazing husband of 7 years: Timmy Lovett ā youād know him if you saw him ā heās tall and handsome. We have two daughters and a son with one more on the way (Ahhhh!) I am 5ā9 but my wingspan is 6ā0 which is kind of odd.
Why I Love My Job:
I love and am passionate about communication! The better we communicate, the more effective we can be in our radius for the Kingdom. It’s exciting to be a part of a team of people who love the Lord and use different platforms to serve the church. It’s an honor to offer resources for people to be unified in thought, fellowship, and direction.
We are commanded to “go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit” (Matt. 28:19) which is all communication: whether in word or deed we use verbal or nonverbal communication to spread the gospel! What a powerful tool?!

Connection Coordinator & Ministry Lead
Kim Lyle
About me:
I actually met my husband at RADIUS back when we worshipped in a small coffee shop in downtown Columbia. More than 16 years later, we have 2 kids and a dog and love plugging into all that Lexington has to offer. I love coffee and I hate stepping on legos (which happens a lot in our house).

Fun fact:
I once went a whole year in which I only shopped at Goodwill.

Media & Technology Director
Andy Ott
About me:
Lannie and I have been married since 2003 and have three boys: Micah, Noah, and Jonah. I am a recovering perfectionist. I love details, systems, and building teams. When I take time off, youāll find me coaching my boysā baseball teams, catching a Fireflies game, or watching / listening to a baseball game. Our family is attempting to see a game in all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums together before the boys are out of college. I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music in Technical Design & Production. Lannie and I have been involved at RADIUS since 2004.

Why I love my job:
I have to agree with Bill Hybels when he says that the local church is the hope of the world. It is a joy and privilege to help this local church accomplish our mission of making disciples, planting more local churches and being generous in our community and around the world. Itās a bunch of fun to come to work everyday and get to communicate with folks across the street or around the world, but even moreso shows how big our God really is.

I was born and raised in Lexington South Carolina, and I have been going to RADIUS Church since 2013. I first started volunteering in A/V in 2015 and really fell in love with the technological side of worship and helping people have a great worship experience. I’m currently part time on the A/V staff as well as the campus coordinator for White Knoll trying to help serve our community better. I also enjoy volunteering as one of the Student Leaders on Sunday nights with the middle and high schoolers. I can’t wait to see what all God has planned for RADIUS as we continue moving forward.

Brent Squires
ABOUT ME:
I was born in Washington, DC, and grew up in Maryland. I attended Liberty University, where I met my wife, Patti. We’ve been married for 30 years, and have three young adult children, Paul, Timothy and Lauren. We also have two American pitbulls, Fletch and Clark – yes, named after Chevy Chase characters. I’m not a coffee person, but hang out in coffee shops a lot. Greatest movies of all time: Godfather II, Chariots of Fire, The Aviator, and Shawshank Redemption.

WHY I LOVE MY JOB:
My personal ministry mission statement is “helping students develop such passion for Jesus and compassion for others, that they don’t graduate from their faith when they graduate from my ministry.” I literally get up every day fired up about that statement, and have made it my goal to help fulfill that at RADIUS Church.
