February 2022, more than 100 RADIUS Small Group leaders and their apprentices came together to talk about building a culture of multiplication in Small Groups. Healthy groups grow and give birth to new groups. And while it’s not always easy to launch people you love into leadership and new community – it’s so worth it! Leaders were encouraged to use the “Eye Test” to identify people in their groups who would make great small group leaders and invest in them by giving away responsibility until they’re ready to lead their own groups. Apprentices in the room were given an Oak tree to remind them to multiply and bear fruit – or acorns in this case!
