How do we make the right decisions in life? The Bible’s answer: wisdom. But, the path to wisdom is narrow and uncommon.

This summer, we’ll take our time wading through the Bible’s most famous wisdom book- Proverbs. Its purpose for us? “To help [us] do what is right, just, and fair”. We’ll explore the practical guidance it offers for the everyday stuff: work, friendships, food, parenting, speech, sexuality, justice, and beyond. Together, we’ll take on a Proverb each day as God calls us to be uncommon in a common world.

DAILY PROVERBS READING PLAN

One of the great things about the book of Proverbs is there are 31 chapters – that’s roughly one for each day of the month.  Reading a chapter of Proverbs each morning is an easy way to start your day as you continue to grow in uncommon sense.

This summer, we will read together through the book of Proverbs twice! Take time to read the chapter of Proverbs that corresponds with the day (e.g. read Proverbs 7 on June 7). Follow along on social media to join in our Proverbs conversations each day!

Singleness: How have you seen your relationships deepen and reflect Christ? How do you fight discontentment? How can married friends support singles?

Singleness: How have you seen your relationships deepen and reflect Christ? How do you fight discontentment? How can married friends support singles?

Katrina and Parker talk about singleness and how it looks to be fully known, encouraged, and challenged by friends. Singleness can be approached by the church with cliches like, "God is preparing someone for you," or "One day you will find your person."  We do not know the Lord's plan and who is called to singleness, but we do know that singleness is held high in scripture and that marriage is not the goal of life. Married and single people alike will benefit hearing these two women talk about singleness and helpful tips on how to support singles within the church body.

From Campus: "RADIUS Conversations"

“RADIUS Conversations” is telling stories, confronting culture, and speaking Truth--extending Christ-centered conversations outside of Sunday morning and into our week. During the month of February, we are kicking off the new podcast by telling the RADIUS Story.
