September 21st, 2022, marks a revitalizing and memorable night for our college students, as multiple college ministries in Columbia gathered with those at RADIUS for an extended time of worship. In a day and age when students face confusion and cultural agendas at every corner, the importance of gathering together and reminding one another of our dependence on Christ cannot be overstated. During this evening, college students got to stand side by side, in front and behind one another and unite in song and spirit to proclaim the truths of the Gospel. What a beautiful picture of God’s children worshiping the One worthy of our every breath. In surrender and reverence, in adoration and praise, in humility and dependence, students declared these words: Lord, I need you, oh I need you…
As we seek to proclaim the Gospel to our communities and multiply believers, we must be faithful, diligent, and intentional about slowing down, uniting together, and remembering our purpose and mission as followers of Christ. Worship nights are one way we get to unite in celebration of the Lord’s goodness and faithfulness. What a beautiful way to remember and celebrate our why.
