  • We allow beer and wine in our facilities, but do not allow spirits (vodka, gin, whiskey, etc). The presence of alcohol at any event held at a RADIUS facility requires an approved Event Host provided by RADIUS Church at the expense of the renter. Please refer to our Facilities Use Guidelines for more information on acceptable forms of alcohol and Event Host rates.
  • NOTE: RADIUS Church does not allow, condone, or permit the abuse or irresponsible use of alcohol; including alcohol consumption by people under the legal drinking age. RADIUS Church reserves the right to shutdown any event involving alcohol and/or remove any party under the influence of alcohol at any time.
  • By having alcohol present at this event, I understand and agree that RADIUS Church is not held liable for any action of any individual, directly or indirectly, whom is under the influence of alcohol.

  • Would you like for RADIUS to set-up the space for your event (setting up tables, chairs, tablecloths, etc.)? Cost of set-up varies on the scope of work involved. If you are using volunteers to set-up and teardown your event, the cost may be waived.
  • If you volunteer to set-up and teardown yourself or recruit volunteers to do so, RADIUS requires the space to be returned to its original state after the event. Your Event Coordinator will provide details on the reset of the space. While we desire to be great hosts to anyone using our facility, failure to reset the space could result in forfeit of the security deposit.

    RADIUS Church has several rooms equipped with A/V support. All A/V equipment is owned and operated by RADIUS Church. In the event of damage to any equipment, the event is liable for repair or replacement at the replacement cost. If the needs are substantial, a RADIUS-approved technician will be required for the handling and operation of the equipment an additional cost. The Technologies Coordinator will make the final decision if a technician is necessary. NOTE: Certain rooms are unable to support A/V requirements. If your event requires A/V equipment and a room you have requested in unable to support it, you may be asked to change your room / venue. Please work with the Facilities/Campus Coordinator for these needs.

Completion of this form does not guarantee a space to be available or reserved for your event.
